The Montachusett Addiction Council is a non-profit agency that links those who suffer from the disease of addiction to the resources and information they need to get help. We have been part of the community in Leominster for over forty years and have assisted thousands of individuals get help with alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling, mental illness, housing and health care.
In April of 2011, the MAC Center moved from its previous home on Pleasant Street to our current location behind the Leominster Police Station in the back of 54 Main Street. This new location in the heart of downtown is larger and offers us more direct access with the community we serve. If you need our help, please drop in any time.
The MAC Center is a non-profit organization. That means we function only through the generosity of others. The United Way has been one of our partners for decades, but we also need support from the individuals and business owners in our community if we are going to survive.
